Troops & Tusks 2027 Tournament

Next year's tournament. Get your team on the list now and we will contact you the day the dates and captains meeting are set.

What it is

Same tournament, same mission. Teams hunt their own land, each team is assigned a veteran from their area, hogs are weighed at the Shrimp Festival Building and given to veterans, food kitchens and families in need.

Cover to attend: 1 canned good or 1 dry good per person

Airboat Team

$300 for 6 man team

Six man teams. Pay with cash or check to Troops and Tusks.

Dog Team

$300 for 6 man team

Six man teams. Pay with cash or check to Troops and Tusks.

Still Team

$50 per team member

Six man teams. Pay with cash or check to Troops and Tusks.

Read before you hunt

Tournament rules

Each team hunts their own hunting land.
Each team is assigned a veteran from their area. The veteran has to be given kill opportunity.
Each team will pick their hogs for stringer to be weighed.
Hogs must come to weigh in fully gutted.
All hogs for weigh in must be on ice and turned in by the posted weigh-in cutoff.
If dropping off hogs at location, team must be tagged with color ribbon and team name on label.
Pay with cash or check to Troops and Tusks.
Cut out registration and waiver form. Send with payment to PO Box 113, Erath, LA 70533.
Registration may also be filled out and turned in at the captains meeting.
Weigh in location at “The Shrimp Festival Building”, 319 E Main St., Delcambre, LA.
